BiXPower DC Power Connector Converter CNT-LX745

This connector one end is a 7.4 x 5.08mm female jack, another end is a 4.5x3.0mm male connector. The cable between two ends is made with high quality 16AWG wires.

This connector can change a 7.4 x 5.08mm male connector with center pin (Outside Diameter 7.4mm, Inside Diameter 5.08mm) to a 4.5x3.0mm male connector with center pin (Outside Diameter 4.5mm, Inside Diameter 3.0mm).

This Connector Converter actually is consist of two connectors: one connector is BiXPower CNT-X75 connector, which one end is a 7.4 x 5.08mm female jack, another end is a 5.5x2.5mm male connector. Another connector is BiXPower CNT-C32 connector for Dell or a CNT-C39 connector for HP, which One end is a 4.5 x 3.0mm ( 4.5mm Outside Diameter, 3.0mm Inside Diameter) with center pin male plug, another end is a 5.5 x 2.5mm female jack.

Although C32 and C39 connectors have size diameters ( 4.5 x 3.0mm), they have different length. C39 for HP has longer connector. Please make sure you select correct connector when you place order.

Please note that this converter is just a connector, it does not have any circuit board inside to control voltage and current. Please make sure your old power adapter output voltage and current meet your new device requirement before using this converter.

7.4 x 5.08mm connector is widely used as Dell and HP/Compaq laptop power adapter connector. 4.5 x 3.0mm connector is widely used for many new Dell /HP and other laptop power adapters.

You may use this converter Dell power adapters with 7.4 x 5.0mm connector for new Dell computers that need 4.5 x 2.8mm power connector, or converter HP/Compaq power adapters with 7.4 x 5.0mm connector for new HP/Compaq computers that need 4.5 x 3.0mm power connector. However, you may not use Dell power adapter for HP/Compaq computers, even they have same size connectors.

Note: This converter female side will only accept round shape connector. You can not use this converter if your power adapter connector is not round shape. Some Dell power adapters have octagon shape connectors, which will not fit the female side of this converter. CNT-C32 or CNT-C39 connector is interchangeable and can be removed from CNT-X75 and replaced by other BiXPower C series connectors to form different connectors.
